Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders placed within India are managed by reliable courier companies such as DTDC. For international orders, shipments are handled by DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX. The production time for each product is mentioned in the product description. Items made on order require 10-12 working days for dispatch. After dispatch, shipping within India takes 2-3 working days. For international orders, shipping times vary by country and range from 5 to 12 days. Items marked as “Rachel Express (EXP)” are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided all items in the order are marked as EXPRESS.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address to track the shipment. While we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company, we will assist you in tracking your package through our partnering courier services.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Exchanges and Returns

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on any products sold. Once the products are sold, they can only be exchanged for replacements. If you would like to request a  exchange for your ordered product due to damage,  please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product by writing to us at support@rachelboutique.com, along with the package opening video, with your order number, full name, address, and details of the damaged product. For size issues we do not encourage any kind of exchange please check with the size chart before placing the order. For a customized orders we do not have any kind of exchange or return policy. Our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days to guide you through the exchange process incase we find your video and email details eligible for exchange. Please assist them if they request further information to assess your return request.

Customized products, such as those with custom sizing or design, are not eligible for exchange. Products that have been used or damaged are also not eligible for exchange. The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

Rachel Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return of any product purchased from us if it is not received in its original condition, is damaged, or has been used. All products for return must be notified to support@rachelboutique.com within 3 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 4 working days of the receipt of the order. Please include all original documents with the product.
