With every confirmed order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
Process of Delivery:
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers like DTDC for domestic couriers within India, DHL and FEDEX for international. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Or it they would reach you on the contact number provided by you’re for right address or you can pick up from their office location.
Delivery Time Taken for the Products
Depending on the stock availability, we shall ship your dress from 1weeks time – 4 weeks. We assure you not to take each order more or less than 2 weeks time, if with stitching we might need another week’s time. If any emergencies of the product do make a note of the same while placing the order in the comments and call us at our mentioned contact no and update the same for easy and faster process. Please note sundays and public/gov holidays are not counted.
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (in case your delivery address is in India). The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. In case of locations other than India, shipping charges are extra, depending on the locations.
Delivery of Products:
RachelBoutique.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of natural calamity or any cause that is beyond the control of RachelBoutique.com
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card Account.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In case you do not pay Import Duties & Taxes levied by your respective country, your product will be seized by your country, as per their laws & rules. No refund can be done in these cases.
